The Hawaii Department of Health Status Monitoring is responsible for marriage records for the entire state. In Hawaii, vital records are restricted records, and can therefore only be accessed by the registrant, an immediate family member, or a legal representative.Certified copies of marriage records from 1909 to present can be ordered online, however, they will only be delivered via first class mail.
