About Death Records in Delaware
Delaware death records are the responsibility of the Delaware Office of Vital Statistics.Each county has its own office where vital records can be obtained in person. Requests can also be made via mail, online, or via phone. Vital records can be obtained by the registrant, spouse, immediate family member, legal guardian, or authorized agent.
