About Divorce Records in Vermont
Vermont divorce vital records for events that occurred within the last five years are managed by the Health Department. Vital events that occurred over five years ago are managed by the Division of Public Records.Vital records managed by the Health Department can be obtained by mail. An online form is available for interested parties to print and complete for records requests. Records requests for divorce records managed by the Division of Public Records can be made in person, by mail, or online.
