About Divorce Records in Hawaii
The Hawaii Department of Health Status Monitoring is responsible for divorce records for the entire state. In Hawaii, vital records are restricted records, and can therefore only be accessed by the registrant, an immediate family member, or a legal representative.Divorce records may also be found in the Circuit or District courts in the county in which the divorce occurred.
