Oklahoma Vital Statistics Directory

Vital records include birth, death, marriage, and divorce records.

Birth and death records are managed by the Oklahoma State Department of Health Vital Records Service. Birth records in Oklahoma are restricted, and therefore can only be obtained by the registrant, immediate next of kin, or an authorized agent. Requests for birth records can be made in person or by mail. The Vital Records Service provides the application form online. Death records however, are open to the general public and can also be obtained in person or by mail.

Oklahoma marriage and divorce records are managed by the Clerk of Court in the County where the marriage or divorce was finalized. Oklahoma court records are available to search online by party name, or requests can be made to the Clerk of Court in person or by mail.
