Kentucky Assessor and Property Tax Records Directory

Real and personal property tax records are kept by the Property Valuation Administrator’s Office ( PVA) in each Kentucky county. Land and land improvements are considered real property while mobile property is classified as personal property.

Some PVA Offices provide an online searchable database, whereby searches can be performed by parcel number, address, owner’s name, township name, neighborhood, or property class group.

For counties that are not online, requests can be made over the phone, in person or via written request.
