The Idaho Secretary of State maintains all state business records. Business Names, Limited Liability Partnerships, Limited Partnerships, and Trademarks are all registered with the Secretary of State. An online searchable database is available whereby searches can be performed by business name, city, filing number, registered agent, and/or date of origin.
The State of Idaho Business Division maintains a list of professional licensing boards and agencies for all Idaho professions which requires a specific license. Most licensing boards and agencies allow for online searches of professional licenses.
