Hawaii Assessor and Property Tax Records Directory

Four out of Hawaii’s five counties has a Real Property Assessment Office which manages real property tax records. Land and land improvements are considered real property. Kalawao County is a small county, with a population of less than 200. Information about Kalawao County tax records can be found by contacting the Hawaii Department of Health.

Every county, except Kalawao County, provides an online searchable database whereby searches can be performed by address, parcel number, or account number. Online searches by owner name are not available due to privacy concerns.
